With a diverse background that includes six years in the United States Marine Corps and fifteen years in the steel industry, Erik brings a unique perspective and a strong work ethic to the table. He earned his accounting degree from Western Governor's University while working full-time, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Erik's journey into this field began working alongside family in their tax preparation business located in Carnation, WA. The lessons taught to him by his dad, Les, and his Uncle Mark instilled in him the importance of integrity, trust, and community-focused service. Following this, he expanded his expertise as the Tax Manager for a mid-sized accounting firm, where he honed his skills in managing complex tax issues and delivering results for diverse clients. Erik was very fortunate to work along several talented individuals with decades of experience and is proud to call many of them his friends.

Sarah has been a dedicated accountant and bookkeeper for many years. With a solid foundation in accounting principles, she has honed her skills through both practical experience and formal education. Prior to her current role, Sarah worked for the Internal Revenue Service, gaining valuable insights into tax laws and regulations. She holds an accounting degree from the University of Washington Tacoma, where she further developed her expertise in financial analysis and reporting.
